Breast milk contains nutrients and antibodies that can't be engineered. It's easier to digest than artificial milk and the antibodies in breast milk will boost your baby's immune system.
Realizing the many benefits of breast milk, as a mum-to-be, I had read so many books, magazines and even search on the internet to find out more helpful tips on how to make it a successful one and better prepare myself emotionally and physically fit to breastfeed my little precious soon.

- It helps your uterus return to its normal size faster, as oxytocin ( a kind of hormone produced during breastfeeding encourages uterine contractions.
- It does help to reduce the risk of osteoporosis in old age.You feel emotionally satisfied. Oxytocin produced during breastfeeding promotes nurturing and loving feelings in you.
